The rooftop aperitivo was a highlight, while the room design wasn’t overly practical.

Casa Baglioni was a culinary delight! The staff curated a handwritten list of local restaurants which led us to some amazing meals. We adored the homemade strudel at breakfast and the room decor was simply exquisite. Our comfy bed felt like a slice of heaven after a day exploring Milan.
While the service was generally stellar, the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom was a bummer. the pillows could use an upgrade for better comfort during a luxurious stay.

The rooftop aperitivo spot offers a fantastic way to unwind after a long day, with views that make it all worth it. Nightly turndown service creates a comforting routine that feels like a warm welcome back to your room.
While the experience was largely enjoyable, for the price paid, some touches felt lacking, such as not acknowledging special occasions, like birthdays. On a rainy checkout day, a request for a late checkout went unfulfilled, which added a layer of frustration.
